Rod Arndt
Since 1976, Rod has worked in the construction and service industry, specializing in management and financial operations. Rod has assisted organizations throughout the country with organizational assessments, strategic planning, and productivity improvement processes. He also works with management to improve operations through work in-progress analysis, project controls, and training programs. He has owned and operated two successful contracting and service firms, and now works for the construction consulting company he founded in Fort Collins, LDE Consulting Group.
Kevin Corcoran
Kevin is president and CEO of The Corcoran Company, a commercial subcontracting firm that specializes in metal studs and drywall. In its 18 years of operation, the company has completed more than 1,500 projects including tenant finishes, historic renovations, schools, and hospitals, and facilities for entertainment, hospitality, retail, offices, and manufacturing. Kevin is a member of the Association of the Wall and Ceiling Industry and the Fort Collins Chamber of Commerce. He is married and has a 13-year-old child.
Dan Furphy
Dan has been involved in banking in a variety of management positions since he graduated from college in the 1970s. He has shared his experience and expertise as a director on a number of bank boards in addition to Capital West, including First National Bank of Wyoming, First National Bank of Colorado, First National Bank of Steamboat Springs, and Banker's Bank of the West in Denver. He was named L.E.D.C. Business Person of the Year in 2004, and is active in Rotary, Kiwanis, and the University of Wyoming Alumni Association.
Paul Hoffman
Paul has been in construction most of his life. First as a laborer at Delta Construction, Inc. in Laramie, where he worked as a laborer and foreman, while earning a bachelor's degree from the University of Wyoming. From there, Paul went on to earn his master's in construction management from CSU. Paul gained extensive experience in the following years, giving him the confidence to purchase Delta Construction in April of 1993. Under his leadership, the company has grown to be the 11th largest construction company in Northern Colorado and Southeastern Wyoming. In addition to banking and construction, Paul recently created Sweetwater Limited, LLC, which handles real estate investments in Colorado and Wyoming.
Mike McCurdie
Mike graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Chemical Engineering and worked in the semiconductor industry for 13 years, first in manufacturing and then in marketing. In 1999, Mike left the industry and purchased Colorado Inspection Agency; a company in the business of providing contract building development services to towns and cities throughout Colorado. Mike is involved in a number of local area businesses as an investor or board member. When he's not working, Mike enjoys skiing, fly fishing, camping and home projects. Mike is married and has a 15 year old son.
Stan Podolski
Stan is CEO for Advanced Medical Imaging Consultants, PC, a large regional radiology practice. Prior to this, he worked for Anheuser-Busch as a Controller and also worked in public accounting for Ernst & Young. Stan is a Certified Public Account, a Certified Internal Auditor and a Certified Healthcare Billing and Management Executive. An All-American in Track & Field at Southern Illinois University, Stan is also a member of SIU's Hall of Fame, and was briefly a member of the New England Patriots. At CSU, Stan worked as a volunteer "Throwing" coach for a number of years, and spent 12 years on the Greater Ram Club Board, including one year as President. Stan is married and has two sons.
Criss Sakala
Criss has extensive experience in successfully leading, restructuring and growing domestic and international organizations. He has been responsible for managing finances for a number of companies including Nypro Colorado, Inc., where he managed financial and HR activities; Lifestream Technologies, where he served as CFO, VP of Finance, secretary and treasurer; Cytomation, where he served as CFO and treasurer; and DakoCytomation, where he was VP of Finance. Criss earned his bachelor of science degree in business administration from Colorado State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Rayno Seaser
Rayno is the founder, president and head busboy for The Egg & I restaurants, an upscale breakfast and lunch eatery with 18 locations in Colorado and Wyoming. His career in restaurants started in the early 1970s as a dishwasher in Vail. He has served as partner, owner and operator of a number of restaurants in Colorado, Arizona and California, but he and his wife have called Fort Collins home since 1987 when he opened the first Egg & I. Rayno is active in the community working with numerous Christian youth groups, volunteering at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, serving on several community boards and advisory committees and supporting high school and college athletics.
